Released in 2015, Cinzano "1757" vermouths are a nod to Cinzano's founding fathers, Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano, who in 1757 established their business in Turin. Production is limited and bottles individually numbered.

Appearance:

(sample bottle No. 47099/A) Clear, very pale straw gold with green tones.

Aroma:

Grapes, white peach, pear drops, oregano and bayleaf with very mild nutmeg spice. Delicate floral aromas.

Taste:

Slightly sweet and honeyed with balancing wormwood bitterness. White wine with peach, apple, elderflower, mild cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Zesty lemon emerges in the honeyed, delicately cinnamon spiced finished with light cleansing lingering wormwood bitterness.

Overall:

A delicately flavoured bianco vermouth with peach, apple, pear and elderflower notes.
