A ruby ale brewed in east London with British Crystal malts and American hops.

(sample BBE Feb/18) Clear, deep amber with thin but retentive beige head and spotted lacing.
Toasty malt, caramel, nuts, leather, biscuit, faint yeast, raisin fruit and grassy hops.
Medium to full-bodied, dry and lightly spicy with caramel, old leather and nutty brown bread.
Dry caramel, crème brûlée finish with lingering leather and hop notes.
A lightly spicy ruby ale with caramel, old leather and nutty brown bread.
