Earthy and faintly bready with piney juniper, lemon zest and generous angelica root giving nutty, damp woody aromas that might lead one to think there as some barrel ageing if this gin was not so crystal clear. Aromas of almond croissant.
Angelica root continues with an earthy character and distinctive dried mushroom notes. Pleasing coriander seed, grains of paradise and hop spice is smoothed by cream-of-soda vanilla flavours. Underlying grainy notes from the base spirit. Lemon zest is forward while juniper is relatively subdued.
Earthy zesty not fade leaving attractive lingering spice.
Distinctively different with pleasing earthy, spice, nutty and zesty lemon notes. As the might suggest, juniper is fairly subdued.
