Flavoured with 24 botanicals, Silent pool is distilled in the Surrey Hills countryside in southeast England. The name refers to the pool where the natural spring water used to make this gin comes from.

Crystal clear.
Pine, eucalyptus, kaffir lime and brawny black pepper with freshly stripped tree bark, zesty citrus, elderflower and faint lavender. With water, Kaffir lime predominates – perhaps overly so.
Fresh and citrusy. Sweet pear-like fruit overlaid with dry piney juniper, black pepper spice, dried mushrooms, bitter rooty/tree bark, chamomile, lemon zest and lavender. More kaffir lime but with creaminess.
Zesty lemon, kaffir lime, lavender, bitter tree bark and black pepper spice.
Tree bark and rooty bitterness, piney juniper with kaffir lime influenced citrus zestiness, enlivening black pepper spice and distinctive lavender. For many, kaffir lime will over dominate, and the two dozen botanicals which flavour this gin perhaps lack integration. However, Silent Pool Gin is characterful and distinctive, offering flavours not found in more subdued gins. Fabulous packaging.
