Brighton Gin is distilled in Brighton's first (legal) distillery by Kathy Caton It is based on 100% organic British wheat spirit distilled with botanicals including juniper, orange and lime peels, locally grown coriander seeds and milk thistle.

Each hand-filled and labelled bottle is sealed with a hand-dipped Brighton Seafront aqua marine blue waxed stopper, the colour used to paint the town's distinctive seafront railings. The gin's label is ticket-shaped.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Piney juniper aromas dominate with woody/nutty angelica root and light zesty orange.

Taste:

Dry with piney juniper to the fore with coriander and light zesty citrus. Attractive creamy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Lingering pine, black pepper spice and zesty citrus.

Overall:

Juniper led and classically London dry in style, Brighton Gin is as wonderfully traditional and English as the seaside town where it's made.
