Appearance:

Thick – coats and clings to inside of glass. Opaque, tawny brown.

Aroma:

Cinnamon, pecan pie and cooked pumpkin.

Taste:

Slightly powdery mouthfeel. Cooked pumpkin and faint cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

Sweet pumpkin pie finish with mild cinnamon.
