Appearance:

Clear, deep tawny brown.

Aroma:

Smoky bacon, charcoal, liquorice, vanilla, rhubarb and white pepper spice.

Taste:

Lightly spiced, dried currents and chocolate with black pepper, cinnamon, vanilla, white chocolate and light smokiness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering smoke, liquorice, charcoal, sweet coconut, coal dust, dark chocolate and vanilla.

Overall:

Drier and spicer than the Zucca Rabarbaro of the 1990s to 2015, with a distinct smokiness, white chocolate, liquorice, cinnamon and white pepper spice.
