Hops: Nelson Sauvin and a pinch of Motueka
Malts: Pilsner, Aromatic, CaraMunich, Wheat and Crystal

Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Hazy, golden amber with thin but retentive off-white head.

Aroma:

White bread crust, hay, zest orange and grapefruit, light pine and grassy hops. Faint farmyard.

Taste:

Medium-bodied and slightly tart. Bready, yeasty white wine, pear and zesty grapefruit with piney hops.

Aftertaste:

Tart and dry. Bread and hay, zesty white grapefruit and pine.

Overall:

Dry and slightly tart and also wonderfully refreshing. Flavours of bread and hay with yeasty white wine, pear and zesty grapefruit.
