This seasonal offering from BrewDog is a hybrid beer combining spicy Belgian saison notes with the new world hops of an American IPA. Originally created in 2013, the hops are added late in the kettle and then also into the whirlpool. Crushed peppercorns and heather honey are also added.

Appearance:
(sample can best before 29/Jun/17) Hazy, pale sandy yellow with quickly diminishing off-white head.
Aroma:
Yeasty with slight funkiness, mild clove, white pepper and citrus.
Taste:
Lightly bready, mild clove and white pepper spice with zesty grapefruit and orange.
Aftertaste:
Bready finish with mild clove and white pepper spice.
Overall:
Clove, white pepper and zesty citrus characterise this tasty saison/IPA hybrid.
