Appearance:
(sample best before end Sept/15) Clear, deep coppery amber with a thin off-white head that quickly diminishes to a mere ring of foam.
Aroma:
Caramel malt, dried fruit and baked apple.
Taste:
Fruity with toffee apple and relatively mild hops for an India Pale Ale.
Aftertaste:
Caramel, dried fruit and baked apple.
