Appearance:

Aroma:
Juniper presents with ripe banana-like aromas. Peppery spice, zesty lemon oils and lavender.
Taste:
Black peppery spice, sweet overripe banana, piney juniper, cinnamon, star anise, zesty lemon oils and lavender.
Aftertaste:
Dry zesty lemon, black pepper and piney juniper finish.
Overall:
The nose of this gin is wonderfully fresh with attractive banana aromas. This leads to a classically based dry gin with zippy spice, lavender and zesty citrus.
