Review and Tasting

Sampled on 15/08/2017

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 05/Oct/17) Clear, transparent with fast rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Quinine, pavement after rain minerality and very faint violet and lavender blossom.

Taste:

Well-balanced. Tart quinine and citric acidity are countered by faint sweetness. The headline floral aromatics are extremely subdued, as is blueberry fruitiness.

Aftertaste:

Dry, clean, lingering quinine and faint blueberry fruitiness.

Overall:

Faint blueberry fruitiness is perhaps more pronounced than the “Floral Aromatics” suggested in the name of this well-balanced and superbly clean and cleansing tonic water.
