An English navy strength gin flavoured with botanicals including juniper, coriander, cardamom, cassia, orange peel and clove. Each bottle is hand-wrapped in brown paper and finished with twine and wax.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent woody and piney with clove, cinnamon, nutty angelica root and cranberry fruitiness.

Taste:

Huge and spirituous. Piney juniper with clove, cardamom and cinnamon spiced dry oak freshened with coriander. Water amplifies resinous oily pine notes.

Aftertaste:

Dry pine, cinnamon, clove and black pepper.

Overall:

Mulled wine meets navy strength gin with a spicy spirituous punch. Flavoursome and boisterous rather than refined.
