Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent anise and black liquorice with faint peppermint and coffee.

Taste:

Intense anise and liquorice. Superbly clean.

Aftertaste:

Long cleansing anise finish with hints of liquorice.

Overall:

An intensely flavoured sambua with subtle roasted coffee notes. Sweet but balanced.
