Jamie Baxter, was inspired to create this floral version of Burleigh's Gin after a visit to Tokyo, adding 4 additional botanicals (Japanese cherry blossom, hibiscus, rose and pink grapefruit) to Burleigh's signature gin's 11 botanicals.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Piney juniper with nutty angelica, floral rose and grapefruit freshness.

Taste:

Piney juniper rightly dominates this well-balanced gin with delicate rounding nutty balsawood angelica, sweet floral hibiscus and zesty grapefruit.

Aftertaste:

Long, floral piney finish with lingering zesty bitterness and subtle cracked black pepper spice.

Overall:

Burleigh's Barbie doll/baby pink bottle conceals a classically styled juniper forward dry gin but with interesting and well-judged subtle floral editions.
