This classically styled tonic water is made with sparkling water, sucrose, natural quinine extract, natural orange & lemon flavours.

Appearance:

(sample bottle BBE Jul/19) Crystal clear with small number of rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Clean and good quinine aromas.

Taste:

Light to moderate carbonation. Very well-balanced bitter quinine and just enough balancing sweetness and faint citrus.

Aftertaste:

Quinine and faint citrus.

Overall:

Classic in both name and character this well-balanced, superbly clean tonic has good quinine notes supported by light citrus. Subtler in flavour than many tonics, it will compliment rather than dominate gin.
