This "cold brewed" smoked tonic is made with carbonated water, cane sugar, natural botanical extract, citric acid, Lapsang tea extract, natural flavourings including quinine sea salt, antioxidant and ascorbic acid.

Appearance:

(sample bottle 28/Nov/19, batch 001) Clear, very faint greeny-yellow tinge, persistent rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Smoky bacon crisps, wood smoke, quinine and zesty lemon.

Taste:

Lightly bitter with well-balanced lapsang souchong smoky quinine and light zesty citrus.

Aftertaste:

Quinine with subtle smokiness and lemon.

Overall:

Delicately smoked and dry without the cloying sugar notes found in some other tonics. One of the best flavoured tonics we've come across.
