Review and Tasting

Sampled on 01/12/2018

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Buttery, peachy fruit, floral and citrusy.

Taste:

Clean and crisp with attractive minerality, buttery oak and light saltiness. Subtle floral notes and citrusy acidity.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with buttery oak, cleansing acidity and lingering saltiness.

Overall:

Minerality, floral, citrus, buttery oak and good acidity all served in a balanced quaffable wine. What more could you ask, besides a José Pizarro meal to accompany it?
