Named after the abbreviation for the troy ounce gold measure, Toz White Gold is distilled in copper alembic pot and continuous stills and aged in American white oak casks before a finishing period of ageing in vintage Port pipes.The blend has an average age of around seven years.

The rum is then charcoal filtered which removes the colour left by ageing and also mellows the rum.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean nose of vanilla ice-cream and butterscotch served with a side scoop of rum and raisin and a citrus twist.

Taste:

Rich, dry and clean with hints of vanillin, dry caramelised raisins and a touch of butterscotch.

Aftertaste:

Dry minerally finish, like sucking on coal that has been soaked in vanilla flavoured water.
