Clear, deep coppery amber.

Aroma:

Cinnamon and buttery biscuit.

Taste:

Cinnamon and biscuit with ginger cake and faint apple pie notes.

Aftertaste:

More biscuity in the finish. Fades with gingerbread.

Overall:

Buttery biscuit with subtle ginger spice and gingerbread/cake.
