Review and Tasting

Sampled on 11/03/2019

Appearance:

Hazy, deep chestnut amber with thick and sustained off-white head depositing heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Toasted bready and caramel malt with orange zest, cherry and peach.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied. Assertive hop bitterness balances caramel malt with zesty orange notes.

Aftertaste:

Bready and citrusy finish with long lingering hop bitterness.

Overall:

A full-bodied caramel and bready malt IPA with assertive but not overly strong hop bitterness.
