Based on a blend of rums distilled in wooden pot and column stills at Guyana’s Diamond Distillery with a lighter rum from Trinidad Distillers, flavoured with Trinidadian produced caramel, cloves and other “natural spices”.

Clear, deep bronze amber with glints of burnished copper.
Gingerbread, caramel, burnt fruitcake and toffee apple with faint struck match.
Warming but not overpowering ginger, clove and cinnamon spice, ginger cake and stewed apple.
Spicy ginger cake.
Rum-soaked spicy ginger cake best describes the flavour of this devilishly good spiced rum, which might not be regarded as highly as it should be due to its fun packaging.
