Appearance:

Crystal clear with light carbonation.

Aroma:

Delicate zesty citrus, quinine and minerality.

Taste:

Subtle but assertive quinine bitterness with hints of pine and light citrus. Rounding minerality.

Aftertaste:

Crisp quinine and thyme finish.

Overall:

Beautifully balanced and complex. Citrus notes are more balanced than is typical of many other tonics with pleasing notes of pine and thyme.
