Review and Tasting

Sampled on 17/01/2020

Appearance:

Cloudy, mid-golden amber with off-white head.

Aroma:

Topical fruit, ripe peach, orange zest and pine.

Taste:

Tropical and citrusy fruit is dominated by assertively bitter cleansing piney hops. High carbonation adds to its cleansing bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Tropical and zesty citrusy fruit with lingering piney and grassy bitterness.

Overall:

This farm brewed IPA boasts a big whack of tropical and citrusy fruit hops, but not as big as the grassy and piney hop notes. Despite the sessionable 4.5% strength, this is a huge IPA with an assertive bitterness. Good from the can but great when fresh from the brewery itself.
