Single Barrel is bottled from casks aged between 8 and 9 years old and made only using the higher of Four Roses two rye recipes (OB) and the yeast variant 'V', which imparts light and delicate fruity flavours.
Each bottle records the barrel number and the warehouse code of where that barrel matured.
Launched September 2004.

Appearance:
(warehouse No. CS, barrel No. 36-6F) Clear, Indian gold-amber.
Aroma:
Spicy, oaky nose with notes of grilled bacon and spicy fudge.
Taste:
Sweet spicy vanilla, maple syrup with toasted rye bread and baked raisins. The natural sweetness of palate masks its high alcohol strength.
Aftertaste:
Mellow, long and delicately spiced.
