"The first whisky ever distilled in the Cotswolds." Made from locally grown, floor-malted barley and matured in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels and reconditioned red wine casks.

Clear, deep golden amber.
Nubuck leather, butterscotch, freshly sawn oak and marzipan with pineapple, pear and lemon zest.
Sweet barley water and pear drops then dry toasty oak, almond and black pepper spice.
Long. Leather, vanilla, pear and spice.
A young whisky from a young distillery but with a maturity beyond its years. Dry chewy and spicy oak is balanced by sweet fruitiness.
