Appearance:

(sample bottle best before Sept/20) Clear, but opaque, maroon red. Glass coating and slow to pour.

Aroma:

Pungent, blueberry and raspberry jam.

Taste:

Intense, rich and concentrated jammy blueberry and raspberry.

Aftertaste:

Jammy blueberry and raspberry.

Overall:

Incredibly concentrated, thick blueberry syrup.
