Appearance:

Clear, pale salmon pink with rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Citrusy with very subtle pink peppercorn.

Taste:

Delicate pink peppercorn - more flavour than spice – with orange and pink grapefruit citrus, and restrained drying quinine. Very subtle sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Subtle citrus and dry quinine.

Overall:

A pink tonic water for those who like pink gin more recognisably tonic water than many of the pink gins are gin! Pink pepper corn adds flavour rather than peppery spice.
