Appearance:
Clear, carmine red.
Aroma:
Redcurrant jam, fresh blackberry and assertive spice.
Taste:
Off-dry with delicate ripe berry sweetness softening dry gin. Slight almost soapy note to the jammy berry flavour with forceful spice.
Aftertaste:
Jammy raspberry fruit and lingering spice.
Overall:
Surprisingly dry with ripe jammy berry fruit dried by piney juniper and Sapphire's signature spice.
