Review and Tasting

Sampled on 23/07/2020

Appearance:

Hazy, mid-golden amber with thick and retentive white head with thick lacing. (Sample bottle BBE Feb/21)

Aroma:

Pink peppercorn spiced rye bread with pine.

Taste:

Full-bodied. Assertive alcohol, light peppery spice and piney bitterness balance sweet maltiness.

Aftertaste:

Peppery spice lingers throughout the long bready finish.

Overall:

This London brewed ale does indeed resemble a Belgium triple with its headline pink peppercorns contributing attractive spice.
