Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Subtle elderflower and berry fruit jelly.
Taste:
Moderate carbonation and light balanced sweetness are good. The flavour is less so.
Aftertaste:
Elderflower is more forward in a hardboiled sweet-like fruity finish.
Overall:
I'm not convinced that passionfruit and elderflower are flavours that sit well together. They don't in this hard seltzer.
