Review and Tasting


Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

Bronze with rose gold and reds.

Aroma:

Starts sweet with dried apple then turns to fresh seaside vegetation. Light orange bitters, vanilla and wholemeal, honey.

Taste:

Light palate with spiced fruits, hints of orange blossom and oak.

Aftertaste:

Long finish is integrated and remains complex throughout.
