Pumori Gin is distilled in 200-litre batches with 12 botanicals sourced from the Indian subcontinent, including juniper berries from Mount Pumori in the Himalayan range, hence the name.

Other botanicals include orange peel, aniseed, vanilla, liquorice, nutmeg, cardamom, lemon peel, almond and cinnamon.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent, juniper, cardamom, zesty citrus, almond, black tea and floral parma violet.

Taste:

Cardamon and cinnamon-spiced piney juniper with subdued citrus and floral notes.

Aftertaste:

Spicy juniper finish with delicate floral liquorice.

Overall:

Juniper-forward and pleasantly spicy, Pumori has authentic Indian flavours.
