Appearance:
Clear, golden amber with off-white head.
Aroma:
Tomato-filled greenhouse, yeasty biscuity malt.
Taste:
Light-bodied. Biscuity malt with slightly tart unripe green tomatoes and mild hop bitterness.
Aftertaste:
Green tomato notes are amplified on the long dry biscuity finish.
Overall:
Faithful to saison-style with attractive unripe tomato.
