Cloudy, pale amber with off-white head.
Aroma:
Yeasty clove and banana.
Taste:
Clove, tart sourness, and dried banana chips subtle mandarin orange.
Aftertaste:
Tart cleansing finish with attractive clove.
Overall:
Rich banana balances tartness with attractive clove and faint orange. A proper, properly delicious Saison.
