Appearance:

Clear, mid-deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla pancake batter, caramel and orange.

Taste:

Sweet cream-of-soda vanilla, caramel, salt, black pepper spice and zesty orange with aniseed, nutmeg and clove.

Aftertaste:

Vanilla and zesty orange with black pepper spice, liquorice and aniseed.

Overall:

A relatively low 37.5% alcohol strength, cream-of-soda vanilla and zesty orange combine to make a very quaffable crowd-pleasing spiced rum with gently assertive salty black pepper spice.
