Aroma:
Pungent peppermint with underlying rootiness.
Taste:
Month cleansing peppermint leads with rhubarb-like rooty bitterness.
Aftertaste:
Long lingering peppermint freshness with rooty bitterness and faint cooked rhubarb.
Overall:
Not as bitter as others in Bob's range, these bitters are packed with peppermint freshness and an active note of stewed rhubarb.
