Described by its winemakers as a "fresh, elegant, versatile White Port," Pedra No. 03 made from a blend of 56% Rabigato, 32% Gouveio, and 12% Viosinho grapes handpicked from the Quinta's highest vineyards (350-450 metres above seas level).
The grapes are picked in the cool of early morning and are pressed as whole bunches as soon as they arrive at the winery. The juice is fermented by wild yeasts at 15ºC to retain primary fruit aromas and flavours, and the grape spirit is added at the appropriate time to stop the fermentation. The wine is matured sur lie in stainless steel tanks prior to blending and bottling.

Clear, straw golden.
Green apple, lemon, and acacia honey with passion fruit and faint liquorice.
Fresh green grapes, not quite ripe tart pineapple and zesty lemon - a touch of Galia melon. Crisp acidity perfectly balances delicate honeyed richness.
The fruitiness is more subdued Galia melon with lingering crisp acidity and delicate liquorice.
Understated elegant packaging sealed with a satisfying to open and close vino-lok glass stopper promises and delivers a similarly elegant fruity white port with cleansing acidity and delicate liquorice.
