Appearance:
Clear, pale golden with persistent streams of rising bubbles.
Aroma:
Subtly biscuity green apples, pear and white flower blossom with delicate lime zest and fresh sage.
Taste:
Light-bodied and off-dry with good acidity.
Aftertaste:
Biscuity green apples and pear with cleansing acidity.
Overall:
The golden bottle shouts decadent Venetian party but this party animal of a Prosecco has some depth to it and a balanced character.
