A Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey made with a high percentage of rye and matured in charred American white oak barrels for at least three years.
Named after a German immigrant stonecutter from the 1800s who settled in the hills of Louisville, Kentucky. This bourbon's mash bill includes 25% malted German rye with 70% corn and 5% malted barley which, its makers say, gives it a southern sweetness, layered with pepper.
Bottled without chill filtration.
