Review and Tasting

Sampled on 19/05/2013

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Earthy chocolate with faint orange blossom. Very unusual and appealing.

Taste:

Clean, characterful and rounded with distinctive chocolaty flavour and soft mouthfeel. No discernible honey notes but it is obvious this is not grain based.

Aftertaste:

Dry, earthy chocolate finish. Interestingly different.
