Appearance:
Clear, deep burgundy red.
Aroma:
Dark chocolate, red wine and mocha coffee.
Taste:
Dry and lightly bitter tannins with rich red berry notes, coffee and dark chocolate.
Aftertaste:
Long, pleasing, lightly spicy red wine finish.
Overall:
Great in cocktails or served at room temperature as an aperitivo or digestive. More pronounced wormwood and herbal notes than other chinatos in our comparative set.
