Distilled on Barbados from fermented imported Guyanan molasses, a blend of pot and column still rums, aged in ex bourbon casks at 65% alc./vol. for 8 years before being re-blended and re-barrelled into the same casks at bottle strength to continue ageing at the Abbey - thus over 10 years old.

Clear, lighty golden amber.
Spicy with cinnamon, fudge, vanilla, milk chocolate and a whiff of tobacco
Medium bodied with dried fruit, bitter orange, five-spice.
Notes of apple emerge in the spicy, tobacco finish.
