Blood Monkey Gin's name and signature drill bit design are inspired by and remember what was known as "bleeding the monkey", when 17th Century sailors drilled into the officers' barrel to steal the liquor inside.

Distilled by West Cork Distillers with ten botanicals: juniper berry, lime leaf, almond, oris root, Irish rosemary, liquorice, coriander, citrus, chamomile, angelica.

This gin comes with green credentials with a bottle made of around 50-60% recycled glass and made black and decorated with vegetable-based, non-toxic and recyclable paint. The packaging the bottles arrive in is 100% recyclable and compostable, plus 84% of this packaging is made using recycled material and sourced in line with Forest Stewardship Council guidelines.
