Clear, dark amber/burnished copped with golden highlights.
Hydrated to 43 per cent yields vivacious butterscotch and toffee, spicy with burst of vanilla, nutmeg, clove, ginger and carbolic soap-like aromas.
Generously palate bursts with barbeque charcoal, cacao, spicy rye, toffee, vanilla and maple syrup.
Faint anise and eucalyptus flavours are more obvious in the long spicy, butterscotch and nutty toffee finish.
