An açai and Jasmin flower-flavoured tonic, which the label describes as "Delicate, delectable and gently tangy with a uniquely floral taste. A perfect balance between the light bitterness of açaiwith the subtle sweetness and floral notes of jasmine."

Designed to mix with pink gins or in a low-alcohol spritz.

Antioxidant (ascorbic acid), carbonated water, citric acid, natural flavourings, quinine and sugar.

Appearance:

Clear, pinky red with rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Pungent jasmine - somewhat reminiscent of the essence sticks some Indian restaurants in the UK burn.

Taste:

Açai and floral jasmine somewhat dominate quinine.

Aftertaste:

Floral jasmine.

Overall:

I'm not a fan of this floral tonic water on its own, but it's more appealing when served with gin in a G&T where it cries out for a juicy orange slice more than a sour lemon or lime wedge. The folk from Match recommend serving with pink gin or in a spritz.
