Appearance:

Hazy, rusty orange with rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Smoked paprika, chili powder and quinine.

Taste:

Lightly smoked paprika with mild chili flavour and heat, and subdued quinine.

Aftertaste:

Char-grilled smoky chili.

Overall:

For this tonic water, don't reach for gin but instead mix with tequila or mezcal.
