Appearance:

Crystal clear with rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Quinine, lemon and grapefruit.

Taste:

Quinine, zesty lemon and pink grapefruit and orange oils.

Aftertaste:

Quinine and zesty lemon.

Overall:

Quinine leads, but it's not as domineering as in some other tonic waters with zesty citrus also shining. Lemongrass notes set this tonic water apart.
