Amante 1530 is an Italian bittersweet aperitivo liqueur produced in Rome by Pallini.
The idea for Amante 1530 originated at Il Palagio, the Tuscan estate of musician Sting and his wife Trudie Styler, who are among the brand's founding partners. Its name combines amante, Italian for 'lover', with 1530, the year associated with the historic estate.
The recipe was developed by renowned Italian winemaker Riccardo Cotarella and refined in collaboration with Micaela Pallini, whose family has a long history of liqueur production in Rome.
