Bourye is blended from three whiskies: a 10-year-old bourbon with a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% barley malt; a 12-year-old straight rye whiskey that's 95% rye and 5% barley malt; and a 16-year-old straight rye with 53% rye, 37% corn and 10% malt.
This blended whiskey from High West is purported to be the world's only bourbon and rye marriage, hence the name - Bourye is a combination of 'Bou' for bourbon and 'rye'. This combination was also the inspiration for the jackalope featured on the label of Bourye. This mythical American West creature is part rabbit and antelope.

Clear, burnished copper, golden.
Dried apricot fruit on a spicy butterscotch, rum and raison, toasted rye bread.
Classically spicy rye but with buttered and peppered sweet corn, cinnamon spice, toffee and zingy orange zest.
Very long lasting spicy, heavily rye influenced.
